The apartment has a small terrace on the uncovered side. Facing the uncovered side of the apartment building, the apartment is protected from the noise of Papanastasiou Street.

There is a super market on the ground floor of the building. A bakery and delicatessen shops are located opposite the entrance to the building. To get to the central square, you can walk through Papanastasiou Street and gain access to the city’s pedestrian network.
